Ace using Leviathan

Leviathan is a Technique for Ace, Jest and Delta, obtained by defeating Experiment 9. When used, the player will throw a bomb that interacts with a majority of Techniques, and can be knocked around similarly to the explosive barrels in Dustria. When detonated, it deals 50 base damage.

Stage Interactions

• Penumbra: Permanently disables Void Spawners.
• Dustria: Deals damage to Capital Punishment's fists.

Technique Interactions

• Zen Ascent: Leviathan will be flung upward into the air, exploding into eight fireballs that fan out in the cardinal directions after a split second.
• Dolomite Link: Ace will grapple onto Leviathan, instantly detonating it and launching off it as if it were an enemy.
• Raijin Call: Leviathan will explode into eight lightning bolts that fan out in the cardinal directions.
• Ryuusei: Leviathan will explode, propelling Ace into the air.

Trivia

• The bombs thrown by Leviathan have exactly 1000 health. If the player's damage is too high, they may accidentally destroy the bomb when trying to move it.
  • This can be used in the player's advantage when combined with Thanatos, as the instant death effect can be triggered by destroying Leviathan. This is one of the ways to quickly destroy the training dummy.
• A Leviathan is a large mythical sea monster, with the term originating from the Bible.
• The Leviathan also closely resembles a Water Bomb (which expels projectiles in all eight cardinal directions upon explosion, which the Leviathan can also do when interacted with specific techniques). it also acts very similarly to the gas cans from Dustria.
