Coalesced Entropy is a story item, acquired after activating the Vagrant Armour set bonus, then entering and completing Deepverse.

Corrupt Deepverse

Upon visiting Deepverse with the Vagrant set bonus active, the Corrupt Deepverse story event will occur. Deepverse will be tinted red, it doubling up on some enemy visual effects. Every 10 seconds, a Glitchstorm warning will happen, causing a heavy barrage of projectiles to occur 1 second later. Additionally, every enemy defeated will also emit 5 glitch projectiles in random directions. Upon reaching Legacy, his boss intro will have no description and he will just be t-posing in place, doing nothing. This glitched form of Legacy can be defeated in just one hit, clearing the level and granting the player Coalesced Entropy and (5?) Titan Shards.

If the player replays the story event via the REV Device, they will begin the level with 2 Megahearts, 2 Core Expanders, 1 Reboot, Vagrant's Sonata, Vagrant's Yearn, Vagrant's Dissonance and Vagrant's Waltz.

Tips

• If the player enters Level 7 with three pieces of the Vagrant armour and Deepverse has been left for Level 8, Delta will appear in Level 7 offering the missing piece.
• The set bonus must be active when entering Deepverse, but once the story event has been started, the Vagrant armour pieces may be safely unequipped without disrupting the event.
• It is highly recommended to play as Nina when going for this event, as the projectiles emitted by enemies on death can make it difficult for Ace to deal with them.
• Collecting Patchwork Integrator or Patchwork Overloader makes it a lot easier to activate the set bonus. Due to this, acquiring The Volunteer and High Roller can be a big help, as they aid in finding the two Prototypes faster.

Trivia

• Before collecting Coalesced Entropy, its description reads: Fully corrupt a friendly face.
• If the player has the Display Run Time setting enabled during the Corrupt Deepverse story event, the timer will be shown in letters, starting at HDAJ:AA.
• The music that plays during the Corrupt Deepverse story event is Midnight Sun, a remix of Permafrost from 20XX.

• Release 1.00.0: The music that plays during the Corrupt Deepverse event is now Midnight Sun. Previously, it was Fath0m, Deepverse's regular theme.
