Noodly is a Prototype Curse. When obtained, it inflicts a 0.25x attack strength multiplier upon the player.
Collecting System Restore will return the player back to full strength.
Trivia
- Noodly appears to be loosely based on the negative effects of the 20XX prototype Focusing Sagelens, although nowhere near as debilitating.
