Effects

Focused Repair is a Prototype Augment. When obtained, any health pickup the player acquires will recover 10 extra health and 10 extra energy, but health and energy can no longer be restored from kills. If multiple copies of this prototype are obtained, the bonus health and energy from health pickups will stack additively with no additional penalty.

With Prototype Resonator, health pickups restore an additional 15 health and energy instead of 10.

Collecting System Restore will allow the player to restore energy on kills again.

Interactions and Synergies

With Armatort's Dome, the amount of Armor generated when the effect triggers also increases by 10 (15 when Resonated).
Focused Repair will completely block the on-kill healing effects of Dracopent's Pride and Owlhawk's Reign.
Focused Repair does not prevent Ace from generating Style.
When appearing as an offer from shops and the Smuggler due to the effects of Madness Fountain, this prototype costs 2 nuts and 1 Scrapbit respectively.

Trivia

Focused Repair is based on the removed augment Advanced Repair, with an additional negative effect.

History

Early Access 0.57.0: With Prototype Resonator, now increases the health and energy given by health pickups by 15 instead of 10.
Early Access 0.55.0: Now properly blocks the on-kill healing effects of Dracopent's Pride and Owlhawk's Reign.
Unknown Version: Now says "ERRSTR" on pickup. Previously, it said "recovery up!"
