Violence Enhancer is a 30XX:Prototypes#Prototype Augment. When obtained, it multiplies the player's damage dealt by 1.3. However, most damage inflicted upon the player will be increased by a flat 10. If multiple copies of this prototype are acquired, the effects will not stack, and if any copy was acquired with Prototype Resonator, the effects of that copy will take priority.

With Prototype Resonator, damage dealt by the player is multiplied by 1.5.

Collecting System Restore removes the damage penalty, causing the player to receive the normal amount of damage from attacks.

Interactions

• Damage from Burn for Glory, Gears of Industry, and red vending machines is not affected by Violence Enhancer
• The +10 damage intake penalty of Violence Enhancer is applied before the triple damage intake penalty of Flaring Hysteria as well as the double damage intake penalty when being hit without immunity with Brittle Guard.
• When appearing as an offer from shops and the Smuggler due to the effects of Madness Fountain, this prototype costs 2 nuts and 1 Scrapbit respectively.

Trivia

• Violence Enhancer is based on the 20XX prototype Violence Enhancer, and has a very similar effect.
• When cured with System Restore, the message that appears is: the violent air abates.
