Grandmaster is a Primary Weapon for Ace. Swings 3 times on the ground and in the air. Small horizontal and vertical range. All swings deal 14 base damage. (Ultra)charge accumulates by dealing damage, and dissipates slowly over time. 200% charge modifier. Charge will not affect the damage dealt by Grandmaster, but will instead increase the damage dealt by the swing of Unleash Blade.

Using Unleash Blade cause Ace to do perform a short swing in front of him, costing 10 energy and dealing 20 base damage, scaling off of attack strength. If this attack kills an enemy, or the enemy dies shortly after being hit with this attack, they will be launched forward, dealing damage equal to their max health to any enemies they hit, piercing on kill. Can be used without enough energy, though the swing will only deal 0.1x normal damage.

Interactions

• Effects that normally charge your weapon such as Vibroharvester will not affect the Unleash Blade of Grandmaster. Additionally, it cannot be half-charged.

Lingering Fist Enemies slain by Attacks shortly after Unleash still go flying. Statistics Type Weapon Augment Can only be used by Ace. Appears once per run. Lingering Fist is a Weapon Augment for Grandmaster. When obtained, using Unleash Blade with Grandmaster will give the player a lingering buff. Killing an enemy with Grandmaster while the buff is active will always cause the enemy to be launched, even if the attack wasn't Unleash Blade. History Early Access 0.50.0: Released.

Rapid Fist Grandmaster charges in two hits instead of three. Statistics Type Weapon Augment Can only be used by Ace. Appears once per run. Rapid Fist is a Weapon Augment for Grandmaster. When obtained, it only takes two hits to charge Grandmaster instead of three, allowing the player to use the more powerful form of Unleash Blade more often. History Early Access 0.50.0: Released.
