Symbol of Submission is a Prototype Augment. When obtained, bosses will no longer fight the player, and will instead let the player through without a fight. When the player reaches Eleanor, a different cutscene will play, and the run will end.
Unlike most Prototype Augments, the Symbol of Submission is unaffected by 
Prototype Resonator or 
System Restore.
Synergies
- Although the player is no longer killing bosses, effects which would trigger when a boss is defeated (like from
Regenerative Plating or 
Kingseeker) will activate at the start of a new stage.
History
- Release 1.2.00: No longer replaced by the
Symbol of Peace if the player has completed Scripture. - Release 1.00.0: Fixed a bug where it would affect the Scrap Disaster.
- Early Access 0.56.0: Released.
