Time Anchor is a story item. When obtained, it does nothing.
When obtained with 
Chronopointer and 
Hoot's Hourglass, the player can then enter and complete Highvault to complete the story event and obtain the 
Imbued Chronovane.
Bugs
- If the player somehow manages to acquire all three story augments from the Smuggler and has Highvault as their first stage, the story event will not play.
History
- Early Access 0.56.0: No longer spawns within a run once the player has acquired the
Imbued Chronovane. - Early Access 0.45.0: It is no longer possible to reroll an item into
Chronopointer, 
Hoot's Hourglass or 
Time Anchor. - Early Access 0.44.0: No longer appears after the player has entered Highvault.
- Early Access 0.43.0: Now guaranteed to be offered by Delta if the player enters Level 7 with Chronopointer and Hoot's Hourglass and Highvault is left until Level 8.
- Early Access 0.42.0: Released.
