A hideaway high in the clouds, believed to be removed from prying eyes. Relatively unguarded, but full of perilous platforming for any would-be thieves.

Highvault is a zone in 30XX. It is a giant tower which acts as a mostly vertical stage with a heavy emphasis on platforming.

Gimmicks

Object Description
Cloud Aura Enables a mid-air jump when the player enters the zone. The jump can be stored indefinitely until the player hits the ground, even after the player leaves the zone.
Cloud Shooter Periodically spits out thick clouds, allowing adventurers safe passage across wide gaps and up tall climbs. Direction is variable.
Wind Launcher Rises upwards when the player lands on it. Distance is variable.
Wind Launcher Activator Activates a nearby Activation-Based Wind Launcher when struck by a player's attack. Can't be destroyed, no matter how hard you try. Would make good armour, really. One of four colours is variable, but the colour does not show up ingame.
Activation-Based Wind Launcher Like a regular Wind Launcher, but these aren't triggered unless you also hit the activator associated with it. Distance and Colour is variable, but the colour does not show up ingame.
Spikes A stationary hazard. Touching the spikes will damage the player for 1 Hazard damage. The player cannot wall jump on spikes, even if they have knockback resistance.
Lava Adjustable red rectangle of destruction. Never moves, no matter how hard it tries. It doesn't try very hard, though. Falling into lava will damage the player for 1 Hazard damage, and respawn them on the last safe spot they were on.

Trivia

  • The name of Highvault's Miniboss was revealed to be *Lil' Hoot* during the Highvault Town Hall livestream. However, this appears to have been retconned, as the name is now used by the Repro, Lil' Hoot.
