Weather regulation plan: January 7, 2807

Synopsis: Planet surface has continually heated since the mid-23rd century. Sequence Unit spontaneous combustion rate is up 369% decade-over-decade. Emergency action required to keep planet temperatures stable.

The plan? Deploy automated climate regulator units surface-wide to manage rapidly heating planet. Install lead unit "Omega" to coordinate periodic storm generation.

Operational notes: Regulator units create low-temperature weather systems intended to cool the planet. The first law of thermodynamics states that the total energy of any given isolated system remains constant; therefore, regulator units are built to withstand tremendous amounts of heat.

Periodic jettison of regulator units into deep space recommended at regular intervals to vent excess heat.

Synopsis: Planet surface heating mostly halted by "Omega" system storm generation when combined with timely and periodic launching of superheated or worn-down Units into deep space.

Recommend periodic replacement of space-launching personnel, as well. Accumulated trauma from repeatedly launching sentient, face-having creatures into space eventually wears down the individual, reducing work efficiency.

Material on hand for Omega replacements is projected to last 207 years. Word from on high tells us that's plenty, and that if we need more material than that, we've got bigger problems than a superheating planet that can't sustain any form of life. Okay, then.
