Prototype Resonator is an augment. When obtained, any Prototype Augment the player acquires in the future will have its positive effects amplified. Obtaining multiple copies of this augment has no additional effect.

Effects

• Autoloader: The damage buff given when swapping weapons lasts 6 seconds instead of 3.
• Best Friend: The player is given 8 copies of the selected Repro instead of 6.
• Blinding Hysteria: (effect unknown)
• Blue Streak: If the player has over 50 nuts when they take damage, they will only drop 50 nuts instead of all of them.
• Brittle Guard: The player is given 5 damage immune hits upon pickup and at the start of each level instead of 3.
• Burn for Glory: Fully charged attacks cost 3 health instead of 5.
• Charging Force: Fully charged attacks deal 75% extra damage instead of 50%.
• Contractor Beta: Increases the stat boosts given from the prototype by 50%. The damage multiplier from the player's health is not affected.
• Consuming Fury: An additional +1 attack strength and +1 power strength on pickup and on boss kill, for a total of +2.
• Consuming Habits: Gain 40 Nuts on pickup, and on each boss kill.
• Consuming Stamina: Gain +50 Max NRG on pickup, and on each boss kill.
• Crushing Hysteria: An additional +1 augment per augment obtained, for a total of +2.
• Earthmetal Plating: The chance to ignore damage is increased from 25% to 33%.
• Edges of Madness: For every two items rerolled, the player gains 1 Scrapbit.
• Elliecare: Health pickups grant an extra 15 health and NRG instead of 10.
• Final Shell: Increases armor granted on pickup by 50%.
• Flaring Hysteria: An additional +1 augment per augment obtained, for a total of +2.
• Focused Repair: Health pickups grant an extra 15 health and NRG instead of 10.
• Gears of Industry: Small and large nuts are worth 7 instead of 5.

• The One and Only: The player is given 50% more copies of the chosen Aug.
• Tick, Tock: The player takes damage ever 15 seconds instead of every 10.
• Utilifier MAX: Power costs are reduced by 25 NRG instead of 20.
• Vexing Clover: Rerolling an item will also grant 1 Scrapbit.
• Vibrodevourer: Powers used without NRG deal 50% less damage instead of 60%.
• Violence Enhancer: The player deals 50% extra damage instead of 30%.
• Vital Gambit: The player gains 10 maximum health for every 20 health lost instead of every 30 health.
• Wincing Clover: The damage the player takes from rerolling is halved.
• Zookeeper's Burden: Also grants the player a Zookeeper's Sigil.

Interactions

• Crushing Hysteria, Flaring Hysteria, and Triplicate Spirits will not grant additional copies of this augment.

• This Aug functions similarly to the passive abilities of 20XX's hidden Revenant characters.

• Release 1.1.02: Crushing Hysteria, Flaring Hysteria, and Triplicate Spirits will no longer grant additional copies of this augment.
• Early Access 0.40.0: Increased shop cost to 30. Previously, it cost 25 nuts.
