Retrobeam is a Primary Weapon for Nina. When equipped, it adds an additional projectile to Nina's main weapon, firing directly behind her. This projectile deals 1.2x normal damage. It does not take on the visuals of Nina's charge shots.

Bugs

• When firing a fully charged shot, the backwards projectile loses its piercing properties. This does not occur when firing a half-charged shot.

Trivia

• Retrobeam appears to be partially based on the 20XX weapon Star Beam. Its effects can be recreated by equipping Retrobeam and Vertibeam together.

History

• Early Access 0.40.0: Retrobeam's backwards projectile now deals 1.2x Attack Strength (up from 1.0x).
