Juiced Reserves is an augment. It is the Power counterpart to Thorned Hull.
When obtained, it adds a bonus 1 power strength to the player for every 20 maximum energy they have beyond their starting stats. It will also reduce the player's power strength by 1 for every 20 maximum energy below the starting amount they have. These changes are handled separately to the player's regular power strength stat, although it's shown together on the pause screen. Obtaining multiple copies of this augment has no additional effect.
Interactions
Crushing Hysteria,
Flaring Hysteria, and
Triplicate Spirits will not grant additional copies of this augment.

Juiced Reserves, and before Early Access 0.18.0, had the exact same effect.
