Fresh Moves is a Prototype Augment. When obtained, the player gains a buff whenever they use a Primary Weapon or Power/Technique. The buff relates to the type of attack done - using a Primary Weapon will grant a +30% Power Strength bonus, but a -50% Attack Strength penalty. Inversely, using a Power will grant a +30% Attack Strength bonus, but a -50% Power Strength penalty. The buff lasts until either the other damage type is used, or 3 seconds have passed.

With Prototype Resonator, ???.

Collecting System Restore (prevents the buff from reducing the player's damage, only providing a positive increase?).
