30XX:Pulse Engine

Pulse Engine is a Power Augment. When obtained, deleting projectiles will give the player a buff that decreases the NRG use by 5 on the next cast of Negation Pulse, deleting 3 or more projectiles results in 0 NRG being used next time. Buff lasts for 5 seconds.
