This section contains information intended to be discovered by the player during gameplay.
Prototypes are special Augments, acquired from rare side-areas called "Very Safe Labs". These Augs offer significant benefits in exchange for significant drawbacks. Greater benefits are granted when playing as a Revenant. The drawbacks can be removed if the player acquires System Restore
Unlike regular Augs, Prototypes do not need to be unlocked.
Prototype Augments are unique augments acquired specifically from Very Safe Laboratories. Each Prototype offers a powerful blessing with a significant drawback in return.
Prototype drawbacks can be cured with .png){kind=small}
System Restore, and have enhanced positive effects when playing as a Revenant.
