Interesting times...

Interesting Times is a Prototype Augment. When obtained, at the start of every level, one random stat is increased and one random stat is decreased with an amount relative to the current level number. If the player had modified stats from the previous level, those changes will also be reverted.

Collecting System Restore will prevent the decreased stat from occuring on level change - only the positive effect applies. Note that the positive effect of the previous level will still get reverted when advancing to a new level.

When playing as a Revenant, there is no bonus effect.
