Defiant Decree is a Prototype Augment. When obtained, any boss the player encounters will gain 50% extra health, but will drop an additional boss chest when defeated.

Collecting System Restore will return the health of bosses to normal.

When playing as a Revenant, there is no bonus effect.

Trivia

• Despite saying that bosses grant 2 chests, defeating Dr. Brighton Sharp will grant 4 chests, instead of his usual 3.
• When cured with System Restore, the message that appears is: Glory is easily achieved.
